Once you schedule your inspection, Phil takes care of the rest. He will liase with the real estate agent to gain access to the property. Phil does not rush and takes his time to comb the property for defects and abnormalities. You will then receive a detailed report of the inspection and a phone call from Phil to discuss the property.
